Well,I made these walkthroughs for, if you can't get the Happy or the best ending,but exploring it yourself is much more fun ^^ but if you really don't get it then here is the walkthrough :) If you don't get the best ending please tell me then I will take a look and correct it

Shinobu Narita (Serendipity Next Door)

Shinobu is the building manager. He's a very nice man. But that's only the first impression. Beyond this super nice personality is a very hurt,angry man with a broken heart. Because of some things that happened in his past,he's a bit sensitive about the topic falling in love and can't forget about his past.

At first I thought that Shinobu was the super kind and boring guy..but wow..this story changed my opinion of him totally. O.O Shinobu seemed like a really sweet and nice guy but when the heroine mentioned about falling in love....it was like a switch and he was more cold and sadistic which was the total opposite of my first impression. And seemed to be a real playboy who cheats on girls. But if you know the real reason behind his intentions your opinion of him will change again like me. Actually he's a very hurt man with broken heart who just can't forget and live on. After I knew his past,I could understand why he ended up like that.
The story was really good and was really entertaining. I really liked the plot.The dramatic and excitement was intense but maybe I personally missed some more romantic moments and scenes... :O

So..I think if I had to rate this story I would say... 9 of 10 hearts :D

Izumi Takasaki (Serendipity Next Door)

Izumi is the youngest resident in the house. He has many part time jobs,attends the college and wants to be a veteran in the future. Even though he's young,he's mature and a hardworking person. His love for animals is very strong and beside he's a kind man,too.But sometimes he can be a bit stubborn.

Soo my first impression was...when I started to play his story,I immediately knew that he was the shota guy..somehow xD Even though I don't really like shota types that much..I actually liked him :O Izumi is mature and stubborn guy. He can be pretty cute when he's stubborn and his innocent reactions are pretty funny. It was good that he hasn't too  much of cuteness..because that would ruin his character,and he would be like a girl in a boy's body xD in my opinion.
The funny is sooo good. It was a refreshing story and pretty amusing :D Sometimes it was soo embarassing that I couldn't even continue to play and had to calm down since I was so excited of the scene xD ^///^'

Altogether I can say that this story pretty good,and I'm sure you will like this guy :D

Masaomi Hibiya (Serendipity Next Door)

Masaomi also know as OMI is a very famous singer. Popular by women and men because of his looks,music and maybe also because of his backgrounds since his family is in music business.
Despite his appearance he's a helpless man who doesn't talk much and doesn't show his emotions often in public. But at closer look he can be kind and thoughtful.

Hmm my first thought were...'woah..he's so handsome xD' Hmm I did like Masaomi personality. He's the unsocial type but he isn't shy,what made it hard for me,cuz I couldn't think what he's thinking... But still he's an interesting guy.  He's sense of direction is funny and which makes him in my mind somehow adorable ^^' >w< And if you get closer to him he is actually a really nice guy and you will notice that he opens up to you :D
Hmm in comparison..the story was...kinda short..^^' But altogether the story was really nice,creative and was interesting. But I don't know....somehow I missed scenes like how Masaomi himself falls in love with heroine.. well for me that wasn't noticeable but I can say,I fell in love ^///^
He's really a charming man and I enjoyed the story even though it was kinda short and in my opinion the missing moments how he falls in love with "heroine" but I guess that just his character where you can't read his mind.
